Course: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring (70-642)
Course Description
This course prepares students for the Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring (Exam 70-642) certification exam, which is one exam in Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) certification track. This course teaches students how to install, manage, monitor, configure, and troubleshoot DNS (Domain Name Server), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), Remote Access, Network Protocols, IP (Internet Protocol) Routing, and WINS (Windows Internet Naming Service) in a Windows network infrastructure in a hands-on lab experience. In addition, the student will be taught what is required to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Network Address Translation and Certificate Services.
Certificate
Completion of this course certifies proficient network installation and managing skills based on a score of 80% or higher on competency exams. A Certificate of Skill Competence is available upon request.
