Course: Administering Windows Server
Course Description
Installation, configuration, and management of a Windows Server. Content includes choosing hardware, connecting the workstations, interface, managing access to the server, developing user profiles, accessing network resources, managing files and directories, printing over the network, managing network printing, managing your hardware, understanding security, understanding the registry, monitoring server performance, and advanced server concepts. Prepares student for exams such as the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) exam, which is one exam in the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification.
Certificate
Completion of this course certifies proficient Windows server installation and managing skills based on a score of 80% or higher on competency exams. A Certificate of Skill Competence is available upon request.
