What is Custom Fit Training?
This unique program offers you, your
company, and your employees the
benefit of state-of-the-art training and
development, customized to meet your
specific needs, and does so at a cost
that you can afford. How?
The Utah State Legislature appropriates
funds each year as an investment
in Utah’s economy through a program
called Custom Fit, which means your
tax dollars are coming back to benefit
you! The Custom Fit program funds up
to 50% of these training costs.

How do companies qualify for Custom
Fit funding?
A company must be a for-profit business located in Tooele County and pay for a
portion of the training.
Where do the instructors come from?
The TATC Custom
Fit Coordinator will work with you to find the right qualified instructor for your training needs. Most
come from within the business community
and are specialists in their fields.
What should a company expect to pay
for training?
Training agreements are negotiated on a
case-by-case basis. Custom Fit may be able
to contribute up to 50% of the direct cost of
training.
